I got a X32 Full with Case.
Many Faders and Econders did not work like they should so I wanted to replace them.

Got new motor faders:
Removing the first fader:
The first fader dismantled. The wipers only touch the two right sliding tracks:
Here you can see the wear after 13 years of usage. The wipers are mostly gone (1 + 2).
Removing the Faders was done using a desoldering pump.
Now the pins are free ![]()
Installation of the new fader went well and was easy.
New big step was replacing all the rotary encoders (except on the display).
Old encoders removed (Assign Section).
New encoder installed (Gain).
All 17 encoders were replaced. It was fun and now they work like new ones ![]()
If you have questions, please ask!
Could you, please, for the record, write the type number/code of those rotary encoders?
Thank you!
Thank you very much !
